Matthew Fury, MD
Gonzales Office Manager and Remote Athlete Consultation Coordinator
Erica Piper, R. T. (R)
Erica Piper manages Dr. Fury's Gonzales office and serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, coaches, and athletic trainers coordinating care from outside the Baton Rouge area.
A Registered Radiologic Technologist certified through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Erica performs in-office imaging and keeps clinic days running on schedule. For athletes seeking remote consultation or traveling from outside of Louisiana, she coordinates the gathering of outside imaging and records ahead of each visit and maintains communication with athletes, agents, trainers, and therapists throughout the consultation process.
Erica was raised in Pierre Part, Louisiana, and studied Allied Health at Nicholls State University before completing her radiography training at the Baton Rouge General School of Radiology. She has been with Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic since 2010.
Outside of work, Erica spends her time with her husband and their three children, usually following them from one extracurricular activity to the next.

Carli Segura
Carli Segura is a Student Medical Assistant and a current nursing student at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an expected graduation date of December 2028. She graduated from St. Amant High School in 2024 and is gaining valuable hands-on experience in orthopedic care while continuing her nursing education. Carli enjoys working alongside the BROC team and developing her clinical skills through direct patient care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Reese Robinson, PA-S
Reese Robinson is a board-certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate studies at LSU, earning a Bachelor of Science with minors in Biological Sciences and Business Administration. He later earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from LSU Health Shreveport, where he was recognized by the Alpha Eta Honor Society. In his free time, Reese enjoys live music and spending time with his family.

Terri Tucker, CCMA
Terri serves as Dr. Fury’s surgical scheduler. She was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Gonzales, Louisiana. She graduated from East Ascension High School, class of 23. She continued her education at Delta College South earning her CCMA. In her free time, Terri likes to cook and spend time with family/ friends.
